1. Prepare the furnace / 장비 준비

Place the furnace on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated indoor workspace. Install the ceramic firing tray before switching the unit on. Connect the vacuum pump and grounded power supply according to the manual, and allow the initial warm-up described in the manual.

통풍이 잘되는 실내의 평평하고 내열성 있는 작업대에 설치합니다. 전원을 켜기 전에 세라믹 소성 트레이를 장착하고, 매뉴얼에 따라 진공 펌프와 접지 전원을 연결한 뒤 초기 예열을 진행합니다.

2. Select and review a program / 프로그램 선택 및 확인

Choose a saved program and review drying, heating rate, firing temperature, holding time, vacuum, and cooling settings before starting. Save changes for your lab’s repeat workflows.

저장된 프로그램을 선택하고 건조, 승온 속도, 소성 온도, 유지 시간, 진공 및 냉각 조건을 시작 전에 확인합니다. 반복 작업에 사용할 설정은 저장해 관리할 수 있습니다.

3. Start and monitor the cycle / 소성 시작 및 진행 확인

Position the restoration using the appropriate tray and supports, keep the platform path clear, and start the selected program. Monitor the graph and cycle information. Use firing tongs when handling hot parts and follow the manual’s cooling instructions.

작업에 맞는 트레이와 지지대를 사용해 보철물을 배치하고 플랫폼 이동 경로를 비운 뒤 프로그램을 시작합니다. 그래프와 진행 정보를 확인하고, 뜨거운 부품은 소성용 집게로 취급하며 매뉴얼의 냉각 안내를 따릅니다.

Cancellation & Returns / 취소 및 반품 안내

• After delivery / 수령 후: Request return authorization within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all accessories. 수령 후 14일 이내에 반품 승인을 요청해 주세요. 단순 변심 반품은 미사용 제품에 한하며, 원래 포장과 모든 구성품이 있어야 합니다.
• Return costs / 반품 비용: For eligible change-of-mind returns, original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. No restocking fee applies. 단순 변심 반품은 최초 배송비를 환불하지 않으며 반품 배송비는 고객 부담입니다. 적격 반품에 재입고 수수료는 없습니다.
• Used equipment / 사용한 장비: Installed or used equipment is not eligible for a full change-of-mind refund. Requests made within 14 days of delivery are reviewed individually; inspection may result in a partial refund or no refund, based on condition, use, missing components, and safe resale eligibility. Any deductions and the refund amount will be explained in writing. Defects and valid warranty or statutory claims are handled separately. 설치하거나 사용한 장비는 단순 변심으로 전액 환불되지 않습니다. 수령 후 14일 이내 신청한 건을 개별 검토하며, 상태·사용 정도·구성품 누락 및 안전한 재판매 가능 여부에 따라 부분 환불 또는 환불 불가로 결정됩니다. 공제 사유와 환불 금액은 서면으로 안내합니다. 제품 결함 및 유효한 보증·법률상 청구는 별도로 처리합니다.
• Damage or incorrect delivery / 파손·오배송: Contact us promptly with your order number and photos, and retain the packaging. Report visible shipping damage within 48 hours where possible. Verified defects are handled separately from change-of-mind returns, with the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund arrangement. 주문번호와 사진을 첨부해 빠르게 연락하고 포장을 보관해 주세요. 눈에 보이는 배송 파손은 가능하면 48시간 이내에 알려 주세요. 확인된 제품 결함은 단순 변심과 별도로 수리·교환·환불 등 적절한 방법으로 처리합니다.
• Refund processing / 환불 처리: After the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time. 반품 도착 및 검수 후 환불 대상 금액을 영업일 기준 5~7일 이내에 원래 결제수단으로 환불하며, 금융기관 처리에는 추가 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
