Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened when applicable, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Before returning any item, please contact us at info@deedental365.com to request return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, some dental products cannot be returned. Non-returnable items may include:
- Opened or used dental materials
- Opened, used, or contaminated dental supplies
- Sterile or single-use items that have been opened
- Custom-ordered or special-order products
- Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
Returns may also be refused if the item is damaged, missing parts, altered, used, or not returned in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@deedental365.com before sending the item back.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@deedental365.com. Please include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
Manufacturer warranties
Some equipment, devices, and products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage, repair, or replacement may be subject to the manufacturer’s terms and approval.
