ZIR-DIA is a diamond-impregnated abrasive with a glass binder, designed for contouring and polishing dental restorations.

Indications

• Contouring and polishing porcelain restorations
• Contouring and polishing zirconia restorations
• Contouring and polishing lithium disilicate restorations

Operating Speed

Maximum speed: 30,000 RPM. Do not exceed the maximum permissible rotating speed.

Directions for Use

1. Mount the tool on a compatible dental handpiece.
2. Insert the shank completely into the handpiece chuck according to the handpiece manufacturer's instructions.
3. Perform a test run before use to confirm safe, smooth operation without run-out.
4. Use with a conventional, controlled polishing motion.

Precautions

• Avoid acute angles and excessive pressure, especially on thin or long abrasives. Excessive load may cause bending or fracture.
• Use local dust extraction and appropriate personal protective equipment, including a protective mask, while finishing.
• For professional dental laboratory use only.

Storage

Store in a clean, dry place away from moisture, corrosive chemicals and vapors, external pressure, and contamination.
