Why complete this when applying?

Completing a resale certificate helps us verify your eligibility so that qualifying purchases for resale can be processed without sales tax. We collect this information during signup to help avoid unnecessary tax charges on eligible purchases and repeated requests for your business details. Lab Account approval and resale tax exemption are reviewed separately. Equipment and supplies used by your business may still be taxable.

리세일 서티피케이트는 재판매 목적의 구매가 면세 요건을 충족하는지 확인하기 위한 서류입니다. 면세 대상 구매에 불필요한 판매세가 부과되지 않도록, 가입 시 함께 작성하여 미리 검토받는 절차입니다. 사업자 정보를 반복해서 입력하는 번거로움도 줄일 수 있습니다. Lab 회원 승인과 리세일 면세는 별도로 검토하며, 사업장에서 직접 사용하는 장비·소모품에는 세금이 적용될 수 있습니다.

How we use your application / 신청 정보 이용 안내

DeeDental 365 uses your business details, email verification and signed application to review your Lab Account and any resale request. Records are stored privately using Google services. Your name and email may be matched with or added to our Shopify customer records for this review. If membership is approved, your reviewed business name and billing/delivery addresses may also be used to create your Shopify company account. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing.
