E10 Plus Returns & Refunds / E10 Plus 반품 및 환불

These E10 Plus terms apply to both in-stock purchases and next-shipment reservations. The $300 reservation cancellation fee above applies only to qualifying reservation cancellations before dispatch to the customer; it does not apply to in-stock purchases or automatically to a return after delivery.
아래 E10 Plus 조건은 재고 구매와 다음 입고분 예약 구매에 적용됩니다. 위 $300 예약 취소 수수료는 정해진 요건을 충족하는 고객 출고 전 예약 취소에만 적용하며, 재고 구매나 수령 후 반품에 자동 적용되지 않습니다.

Return requests / 반품 신청

Request return authorization within 14 calendar days of delivery. Eligible change-of-mind returns must be unused, in the original packaging, and complete with all accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Email info@deedental365.com with your order number, reason, and photos of the equipment and packaging. Do not ship a return until we provide written authorization and return instructions. Inspection authorization is not a guarantee of a refund.
수령 후 14일 이내에 반품 승인을 요청해 주세요. 적격 단순 변심 반품은 미사용 제품으로 원래 포장과 모든 구성품이 있어야 하며 구매 증빙이 필요합니다. 주문번호·사유·장비 및 포장 사진을 위 이메일로 보내고, 서면 승인과 반송 안내를 받은 후 반송해 주세요. 검수 승인이 환불을 보장하는 것은 아닙니다.

Unused equipment and return costs / 미사용 장비 및 반품 비용

Eligible unused returns may qualify for a refund of the amount paid for the product, with applicable tax adjustments. No restocking fee applies to eligible unused returns. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Follow the authorized packing and address instructions and use a trackable service; insurance is recommended for high-value equipment.
적격 미사용 반품은 실제 결제한 제품 대금과 해당 세금 조정액을 기준으로 환불합니다. 적격 미사용 반품에는 재입고 수수료가 없습니다. 단순 변심 반품의 최초 배송비는 환불되지 않으며 반품 배송비는 고객 부담입니다. 승인된 포장 방법과 반품 주소를 따르고 추적 가능한 배송을 이용해 주세요. 고가 장비에는 운송 보험을 권장합니다.

Used or installed equipment / 사용·설치한 장비

Used or installed equipment is not eligible for a full change-of-mind refund. Requests submitted within 14 days of delivery are reviewed individually. Inspection may result in a partial refund or no refund based on use, wear, customer-caused damage, missing components or packaging, and safe resale eligibility. Any approved deductions reflect documented loss of value and reasonable replacement or restoration costs, and are explained in writing. Defects and valid warranty or statutory claims are handled separately.
사용·설치한 장비는 단순 변심으로 전액 환불되지 않습니다. 수령 후 14일 이내 신청한 건을 개별 검토하며, 사용 정도·마모·고객으로 인한 손상·구성품 또는 포장 누락·안전한 재판매 가능 여부에 따라 부분 환불 또는 환불 불가로 결정합니다. 공제액은 확인된 가치 감소와 합리적인 부품 교체·복구 비용을 반영하며 서면으로 안내합니다. 제품 결함 및 유효한 보증·법률상 청구는 별도로 처리합니다.

Damage, defects and warranty / 파손·결함 및 보증

Contact us promptly with photos and your order number, and retain the packaging. Report visible shipping damage within 48 hours where possible and other delivery issues preferably within 7 days. These reporting targets do not cut off applicable statutory or warranty rights, including defects discovered later. Confirmed defects, shipping damage, or our incorrect delivery are handled with appropriate repair, replacement, or refund, and we arrange or cover necessary return shipping. Manufacturer warranty coverage follows the applicable warranty terms.
주문번호와 사진을 첨부해 빠르게 연락하고 포장을 보관해 주세요. 눈에 보이는 배송 파손은 가능하면 48시간 이내, 기타 배송 문제는 가급적 7일 이내에 알려 주세요. 이 안내 기간은 추후 발견된 결함을 포함한 법률·보증상의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 확인된 결함·배송 파손·당사의 오배송은 적절한 수리·교환·환불로 처리하며 필요한 반품 배송은 당사가 준비하거나 부담합니다. 제조사 보증은 해당 보증 조건을 따릅니다.

Refund processing / 환불 처리

After return receipt and inspection, we will email the decision, refund amount, and any deductions. Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund. Your payment provider may take additional time. Pre-dispatch cancellation refunds do not require a product return or inspection and are processed within 7 business days after cancellation, or sooner where required by law.
반품 도착 및 검수 후 승인 여부·환불액·공제 내역을 이메일로 안내합니다. 승인된 반품 환불은 검수 후 영업일 기준 5~7일 이내에 원래 결제수단으로 처리하며 법률에서 더 빠른 처리를 요구하면 해당 기한을 따릅니다. 금융기관 처리에는 추가 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 고객 출고 전 취소 환불은 제품 반송·검수를 요구하지 않으며 취소 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내 또는 법률상 더 빠른 기한 안에 처리합니다.

Contact us before sending any return. We will confirm the authorized return address and instructions in writing. Applicable statutory and warranty rights remain unchanged. These terms apply to new purchases or reservations after publication; earlier orders retain their originally agreed terms.
